71 homes sharing a centralised system with energy manager. Innovation in the use of microgeneration, which replaces the solar energy system and generates heat for the centralised heating system and electricity to sell to the grid under the special regime. Increase of 20% in energy efficiency.

Design and facultative direction of a photovoltaic installation of 100 kW, with a surface of 735 m ² of polycrystalline solar panel. The injection of electricity to the electrical network is estimated in 125.126 kWh to the year, to which it will generate an approximate benefit of 36.000 Euros per year. The injected electric energy will allow a saving CO2 emission the atmosphere of 55,4 tons per year.
